Lady Dinah's Cat Cafe

Ditch #23

Given the British love of pets perhaps it is not so surprising that the UK's first cat cafe is about to open.

Many city folk find themselves unable to keep cats and yet yearn for their furry friends.

This cafe will serve your normal fare but will also include some carefully selected felines from a local sanctuary.

It's founder Lauren has raised over £100,000 through online fundraising.

She hopes the cafe will be opening in NE London in May....find out about her plans.

Amy Grimehouse Club NIghts

Ditch #24

The club nights are described as trashy, camp and vile - they are interactive and smash together cult films and TV with crafts, activities and other intriguing behavior.

I catch up with the team behind Amy Grimehouse  to hear about how they orchestrated a live dog show, got the audience to read from their 13-year-old diaries and terrified the pants of people with vibrating chairs during a horrow movie.

Grimehouse also share some secrets about their upcoming events.... for starters, the National trust has let them loose on some of their properties in East London.

They have developed software that enables users to use as personal picture to log into sites.

You upload a memorable picture and mark four points on it then click them when logging into sites. Simples, listen to their founder Geoff explain their idea.

Find out why children are not he only messy ones and why Pedro Almodovar will soon be treading the red carpet here.
